Peachtree Petals No-Contact Floral Delivery Service
The safety of our Peachtree Petals family is our top priority. With our No-Contact Delivery Service, the delivery driver will leave the gift just outside your recipient's door and after returning to their vehicle notify them by phone for a guaranteed safe, contact-free pick-up. Please make sure we have recipients phone number. Additionally, we are closely monitoring the situation and are adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. At our flower shop, we are regularly sanitizing all workstations, shared spaces and products.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or fresh products like flowers, but we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains the top priority.
We thank you for your business and look forward to continuing to serve our Atlanta community.
Is it appropriate to deliver flowers during the COVID-19 restrictions?
Flowers celebrate the special people and special occasions in your life. And when contact and gatherings are restricted, this is a perfect time to share your sentiments through a gorgeous bouquet of flowers.
A gift in the form of plants and flowers will do a world of good for everyone's well-being. Floral shops are uniquely qualified to deliver the mood-boosting, health-enhancing and gorgeous gift of flowers to your loved ones.
Peachtree Petals is offering a no-contact method of delivery to safeguard the health of our customers and employees.
Can I have flowers delivered to hospitals and rehabilitation centers?
At this time, many hospitals and rehabilitation facilities in the Metro Atlanta area are not accepting flower deliveries. We'll gladly deliver to a home address or your preferred alternative location. We will also update this list as we become aware of changes.
Emory Johns Creek Hospital, Dekalb Medical Center, Grady Memorial Hospital, Kennestone Hospital, Piedmont Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital are not accepting deliveries.
Can I have flowers delivered to a funeral service or visitation?
Yes. We make sympathy deliveries all over the Atlanta Metro area every day. Until we hear differently from local funeral homes and churches, we will continue to make these deliveries. Most services are just family, so you may consider having a nice plant or flower arrangement sent to the residence for the family to enjoy at home.
Please provide as much information as you have regarding the visitation or service in the Special Delivery Instructions field when you place your order online. We will also attempt to call the funeral home or church to verify these details. If you find that the details of an order already placed have changed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the changes on our end and get your gift delivered.
Can I have flowers delivered to a business?
Yes. We make business deliveries all over the Atlanta Metro area every day. With most offices teleworking, please make sure the recipient is working at the office location. We will deliver to the front desk and leave the flowers at the office.
Please make sure we have recipients phone number as many front desks may need to call the recipient. Some businesses may not accept deliveries and we will try to get a home address to deliver then.
