Peachtree Petals Delivery Policy
Same-Day Delivery
Peachtree Petals offers same-day delivery under the following conditions:

MondayโFriday: Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM (local time) for same-day delivery.

Saturday: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM on Friday for Saturday delivery.

Orders placed after the stated cutoff times will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Same-day availability is subject to order volume, product availability, and delivery capacity.
Scheduled Deliveries
Customers may select a future delivery date during checkout. The selected delivery date at checkout constitutes the agreed-upon delivery date.
Peachtree Petals fulfills orders on the delivery date selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
Time-Specific Delivery Requests
Customers may request specific delivery times; however:

Peachtree Petals does not guarantee exact delivery times.

Time requests are considered preferences and are accommodated when operationally feasible.

External factors such as traffic, weather, venue access, or third-party location restrictions may impact timing.
If a specific delivery time is critical, customers are encouraged to contact the store prior to placing the order to discuss availability.
Delivery Completion
Delivery is considered complete when:

The arrangement is delivered to the address provided at checkout, and

It is left with a recipient, venue staff, or at a secure and reasonable location at the delivery address.
Peachtree Petals documents deliveries through timestamped confirmation and photographic verification when applicable.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees:

Are calculated based on delivery location and service area.

May vary based on order volume, holiday demand, peak periods, or special handling requirements.

Are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable delivery fees are displayed at checkout prior to payment authorization.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of checkout.
Peachtree Petals is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from:

Restricted access to venues or facilities
Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery or address corrections.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, customers receive:

Customers are encouraged to monitor communications for updates regarding their order.
Pickup Orders
Customers who select in-store pickup are responsible for retrieving their order on the scheduled pickup date during normal business hours.
Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up on the selected pickup date.

Due to the perishable nature of floral arrangements, we are unable to guarantee freshness beyond the scheduled pickup date.
Failure to Pick Up
If a pickup order is not collected on the scheduled date:

The order will be held for up to 24 hours, space and product condition permitting.

After 24 hours, the arrangement may be discarded due to perishability.

Pickup orders that are not collected are not eligible for refund.
Completed Service
For pickup orders, the order is considered fulfilled when:

The arrangement is prepared and made available for pickup on the scheduled date.
Failure to collect a prepared order does not constitute non-delivery or non-fulfillment.
